God’s Word never stops working

001Looking at the word of God, the scripture, the Old Testament and the New Testament multiple question arise on what is written and what is transpiring today. Although, the Word is our final authority. Our experiences must be judged by Scripture, not Scripture judged by experiences. And if we have none, then we need to study the Word and make experiences.

The Word of God is forever settled in heaven; we must settle it on earth.

Forever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth. They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants. Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction. Psalms 119:89-92(KJV)

Observe that God’s Word is forever and it is settled; it will never change. What it says today, it will say multiple years from now. You are not going to get God to change His mind to agree with you. You must change your mind to agree with Him.

God’s Word never stops working.

Isaiah 55:11 states “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

So if we begin to contemplate on healing, God does not have to decree that any human being be healed. He has already said it, it became and is a fact as well as His law. Now it is up to Christians to establish God’s Word on the earth, by removing the enemy’s works from the bodies of humans.

God has sent His only begotten Son, who has overcome and became triumphant, now it is up to us to enforce the victory over Hell and its dominion. God does not have to do anything to affect the healing of any person. He has already decreed it.

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. Psalms 138:2 (KJV)

We have to remember that the names of God are forever connected with Him keeping His Word with His name. The Names of Jehovah reveal God’s Nature and character; Jehovah-Rapha, Jehovah –Shalom, Jehovah-Nissi

John 17:17
Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (KJV)

Matthew 22:29
Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. (KJV)

Matthew 14:14 – Sick Multitude Healed Because of Compassion
And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick. (KJV)

With the above statements form the Word, the only assumption made on reasons of why we fail to do what God bids us to do is; failure to have true compassion.

We have become empathetic, although empathy is false compassion. With empathy we tend to say “Oh, Poor you” turn around and continue to do or talk about other things.

Compassion is love and actual deeds to help and assist. Compassion is concern, kindness, benevolence, care and a deep awareness of another’s suffering.

Likewise, we err because we do not know the scripture; which reveal to us who we are in Christ and what we were designed for. Scripture reveal to us the laws in accordance of which we can operate as well as know what we need to do. Compassion plus knowledge of the Word equals movement in authority while glorifying the Father.

Blindness Healed Because of Compassion

And as they departed from Jericho, a great multitude followed him. And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David. And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David. And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you? They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened. So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him. Matthew 20:29-34 (KJV)

Leprosy Healed Because of Compassion

And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean. And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed. Mark 1:40-42 (KJV)

Devils Cast Because of Compassion

And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him. Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee. Mark 5:18-19 (KJV)

Take example of Jesus, and start fulfilling the Great Commission while moving in compassion and knowledge of the Word. Know your God, Know your King and have a relationship with The Holy Ghost.
